This medal was accompanied by a George-V-Medal-British-For-American-Soldiers-In-World-War-II to American soldiers; the George-V-Medal-British-For-American-Soldiers-In-World-War-II is not included in the auction but is available at an additional cost. The George-V-Medal-British-For-American-Soldiers-In-World-War-II is to American soldiers during World War I, for whom this medal was intended. It was issued to the soldiers prior to their departure to join the Allied forces fighting in the "...Old World the great battle for human freedom." The George-V-Medal-British-For-American-Soldiers-In-World-War-II is signed George RI, April 1918.

This is an antique English Silver Plated Teapot

This elaborately designed teapot is made by Elkington & Co., in the 19th Century. It is made of Sheffield Silver, heavily silver plated in the Georgian Style.

This teapot has very fine hand chasing over the entire teapot. This silver plated teapot has a heavy plating of silver over copper, and is very collectible. This lovely silver plated teapot is elaborately designed with a dragon head, where the mouth is the spout of the teapot. There is also a devil head and a floral design around the teapot.

This silver plated teapot is not only a collector's piece which is also functional and immaculately clean on the inside, ready to be used. This silver plated teapot is Georgian or Irish in style. This beautiful teapot was handmade by expert silversmiths. The handles feature bone separators.

Georgian sterling silver condiment set. 20th Century, English, 1962.

Made by Asprey & Co., appointed as Silversmiths and Jewelers to Her Majesty the Queen.

Condiment set containing a salt container lined with cobalt glass, pepper shaker, mustard dispenser lined with blue cobalt glass, and two spoons (a salt and mustard spoon). Condiment set has very sparse decoration, consisting of raised lines surrounding the rims and bases.

Massive George III Warwick Vase in sterling silver, London, England, 19th Century.

Made in 1818 by Solomon Royes & John, East Dix, London. May be one of the earliest and largest examples in sterling silver. The original Warwick Vase, from which this vase was cast in 1818, was found in pieces in Rome at Hadrian's Villa.

The original Warwick vase was an ancient Roman marble vase with Bacchic ornament. Two large handles formed of interwoven vine branches, spreading around the upper margin as tendrils, leaves, and clustering grapes, with classical Bacchinal masks and emblems, including a pine cone tip staff known as a thyrsus. The heads around the Warwick vase represent satyrs, surmounting the head and body of a panther. One of the satyr heads is said to be a representation of Lady Hamilton with a fawn's ear.

Sterling silver Warwick vase has an urn shape, and stands on a square pedestal foot.

George IV Georgian Footed Salver in Sterling Silver, 19th Century, circa 1820

Created in England, in the city of Sheffield. Round salver with chasing details around the edge of the central area. At the center of the salver is a chased design of a stand of trees on a plot of grass.

The central design is recessed, with a raised border of stylized floral design. The feet are stout slightly cabriole feet with stylized foliate design at the sides of each foot.

Measures 10" in diameter.
