Arts & Crafts style cloisonne lamp. Chinese, 19th Century, circa 1890.

Vasiform lamp of black laquer with cloisonne designs surrounding the bottom and the top of the lamp. Stylized floral and abstract designs. Central area is black laquer with no design, the top and bottom of which is bordered by abstract arched rectangular cloisonne shapes. Mounted brackets at each side of the lamp attach to a ring. Cloisonne designs in polychrome.

White lamp shade rests above the lamp, attached with a bulbous shaped column screw top. Fits two standard incandescent bulbs.

Measures 27" high to shade rest.
