This is an antique Sterling Silver Coin and Money Holder or Purse

This unique item has a clasp at the edge, and a carrying strap. When opened, the interior has a gold wash.

One side of the opened money purse has a clip for holding bills, and the other side has two coin holders with springs for easy removal of the coins. It also features a mirror on the coin holder side. The composition of this money purse is all sterling silver, except for the springs and the mirror.

This money purse is American, and was made by Elgin in the 1920s - 1930s.

This money purse is initaled on the front with the letters ETS in a logo shape.

This sterling silver coin and money purse measures 3 1/2" long, 2 1/2" wide, and 1/4" deep, and weighs 112 grams. There appears to be a word written in marker on the money holder side of the interior, which may be removable.
