Set of Transferware Dinner Plates Fell & Co.

Set of 6 Transferware 10" Dinner Plates, English, 19th Century.

Made by Fell & Co, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Northcumberland, England.

Pattern is Neplus, Earthenware pottery. Central scene of a gentleman and three ladies standing by a lake, to the left of whom is a stand of trees and a statue. Across the body of water is a large church.

Stylized floral and leaf pattern at the border. The scene and border painted in green.

Made in the 19th Century, circa 1850.

Dinner plates have 10" diameter.
