This is an intricate and complex hooked rug made in the traditional fashion from burlap and wool yarn.

Margot White is a self-trained "hooker" from Indiana. This hooked rug features an original design of an American Flag surrounded by six flowers in a white background.

The border of the rug is a darker color, and also has similar floral designs all around it on a purple background. At the top of the rug is the title, "Union."

The rug has a signature panel on the back. This is a beautifully designed rug, with lovely details.
