Directoire console of fruit wood. French, 19th Century, circa 1850.

Fruit wood console with single central drawer below the top. Lion head drawer pulls holding rings in their mouths. Two column shaped supports at the front, and two rectangular shaped supports at the back.

Bottom shelf rests between the four supporting legs, the front two terminating in bun feet, the two rear supports terminating in block feet.

Measures 18 1/2" deep, 32 3/4" wide, 37 1/2" high.

Four legs carved with stylized foliate designs, bronze mounted gold leaf. Pierced foliate apron with central stylized foliate shape, gold leaf gilding over bronze mounts. Four stretchers terminate at a stylized foliate design in shell shape, also gilded in gold leaf over bronze mounts.

This is a beautiful restored Ladies Vanity and Chair

This piece of antique furniture has gold with satin wood inlay.

This vanity has four working drawers. The legs are made in the Louis XV Style.

This vanity desk was made in the 1940s in France. The chair is the original chair with the original hand carving. The vanity desk measures 50" wide, 15" deep at the center, 18" deep at the two ends, and 30" high. This antique piece of furniture is in good condition. please see photos for details.

Transitional style commode in a kidney shape with marble top. Bronze mounted ormolu gilded pierced gallery surrounds the marble shape, extending to border the marble. Bronze mounted ormolu decoration on the drawer pulls and keyholes, in stylized foliate design.

Sides topped by stylized foliate designs hanging from a flag-type shape, and bottom center decorated with bronze mounted ormolu gilding in stylized foliate design. Slightly cabriole legs with bronze mounted ormolu gilded feet.
