Rococo Louis XV style chest of drawers. French 20th Century

Faux marble top with curving front. The apparently single upper drawer is three drawers with no dividing strip between. The lower drawer is one large drawer. Strip of wood separates the top and bottom drawers.

Rounded rectangular shape to the sides of the chest, and serpentine curve to the front and apron, with curved decorative element meeting at a point in the center front of the apron. All resting on plain cabriole legs.

Painted green, with gray accents on the drawers and borders of the piece. Brownish red faux marble top.

Measures 24"high, 34" wide, 18" deep.

Louis XV style jewelry cabinet with marquetry and parquetry inlays, ebonized wood. Inlaid stylized floral and foliate designs on lid.

Top edge of jewelry cabinet bronze mounted ormolu. Bronze mounted ormolu gilt stylized foliate designs on the top and centers of the legs, as well as on the pedestal between the legs.

Bronze mounted ormolu on the feet of the jewelry cabinet. In the Louis XV style, with a small urn shaped design at the center of the pedestal connected to the legs by stretchers. Ormolu gilded bronze mounted decorative elements around the jewelry cabinet.

Interior is red satin material, with an oval mirror bordered by bronze mounted ormolu, along with bronze mounted ormolu hinges and closure.

Measures 22" long, 15" wide, and 29 1/2" high.

Louis XV or Transitional style three drawer commode. 19th Century, French.

Original dove-tailed drawers. Braishe du Lip marble top. Three drawers with separating piece between, rectangular in shape with recessed front.

Bronze drawer pulls and decorative elements on the sides and front. Central pulls surmounted with stylized foliate designs, and flanking pulls decorated with beading. Leg style indicates Louis XV or Transitional.

Small crack on one side of the commode, shown in the photos. Otherwise excellent condition.

Measures 46" long, 17 1/2" deep, and 34" high.

Three piece garniture featuring ormolu gilded bronze mounted and bronze patina clock and two seven-light candelabra. 19th Century, French.

Clock and candelabra bases are rouge marble, the clock with a male bust set atop the base in bronze patina; the candelabra with branch and foliate stylized design in bronze patina set atop the base.

Made as a three piece set, signed by the artist, and given to the registrar of mortgages for the district of Rivelles in France.

Decorative bronze mounted ormolu gilding surrounds the clock face, on the rouge marble base. Bronze patinaed and ormolu gilded decorative elements on the clock and candelabra bases.

Candelabra with bronze patinaed feline heads about, in whose mouths are held foliate and floral designs in bronze patina. The candelabra with round bases on which rest serpentine designs, connected to the candelabra arms with a tapered rouge marble and patina rectangular piece.

The mantel clock with tapered round base, upon which sits the finely detailed bronze patina male bust.

Measurements: Clock: 26 ½” high, 24” wide. Candelabra: 26 ½ high, 7” deep.
