This is an exquisitely carved Pair of Chinese Jasper Jade Sculptures of a Phoenix Standing. The two sculptures, when facing forward, show the birds facing one another towards the center.

This large Jadeite sculpture is intricately and finely detailed. The phoenix stands in an elegant pose, with his head facing forward. His long, draping tail falls behind him in flowing waves. Other birds surround him, along with beautifully carved roses. The dark green of the jasper jade is a perfect color to complement the elegance and grace of this lovely bird.

This lovely jadeite carving measures 24 1/2" tall, 14" wide, and 4" deep.

Shipping for this item to most locations in the continental U.S. is available for a flat rate of $600, plus insurance. This includes the cost of crating and shipping this piece. Buyer may choose to have their own shipper pick up the item. The shipping weight is approximately 60 pounds, and this item will need to be crated and insured.
