John DeLorean, maker of the DeLorean used in the Back to the Future Movies, Commissioned Sculpture of Roman Children

This is a specially commissioned sculpture created for the home of John DeLorean, creator of the DeLorean. The DeLorean was featured in the movies "Back to the Future (parts I, II & III).

This specially commissioned sculpture was made of plaster, and hung in the home of John DeLorean until after his death in 2005. His apartment overlooked Central Park, in the Assessex Building at the corner of 29th and 6th Avenue. The building was owned by Donald Trump. This piece was created in Italy, and there were 10 pieces specially commissioned for John DeLorean. All of the pieces are available on d-vers.com

This sculpture depicts a group of young Roman children playing drums and dancing. This sculpture matches and completes a set with another piece listed on d-vers.com, with a similar name.

This sculpture measures 18" by 21".
