Oval Tole Tray, French, 19th Century

Slightly depressed center features a painted design of a basket of fruit with flowers and leaves. Central depressed area bordered by a small rope border.

Outer edge bordered by interlacing rope design. The ground of the tray is painted black, with gold borders.

Made in France in the 19th Century, circa 1880.

Tray measures 30" by 24"
